Just in case

I Timothy Allen Joslyn being of sound mind and body do hereby make known my last will and testament to be followed upon my death.
I leave all my worldly possessions to my Mother Jennie L Joslyn to do with as she sees fit.
I wish to be buried at my cemetery lot in Burdett, NY next to my father; under no circumstances am I to be cremated as this is against my religious beliefs and an affront to god.
I want a simple funeral and do not require a viewing as I believe few would attend anyway. I leave this option to my mother as it would only benefit her in her grief.
I thank my mother and father for my life.
I forgive all who have purposely or inadvertently hurt me either through malice or indifference and ask for their forgiveness.
I have never hurt anyone through malice but have surely hurt some through callousness. I ask forgiveness from those who may have suffered from my mistakes. I have never set purposely out to hurt anyone.

Amended June 13, 2023
As my mother has passed away June 10, 2023 I amend my will as follows;
All of my possessions are to be split among my sister and brother as they see fit. I ask that a good home be found for Chunk-a-lunka-burning love as she deserves to be spoiled.
As I am destitute I expect to be buried by social services.

My dad worked for my uncle John Leonard of Leonard's Truck line here in Watkins Glen on 2nd street. One day when my dad and uncle John were coning home after delivering freight. They were driving south on 14 and were just about where the Seneca Harbor Station is coming down that s curve that leads to town. Blue

 Blue was my best friend when I was 12. He was a weimaraner. He was shot and I operated on him to remove the bullet. His jaw was broken and I nursed him back to health. He would come look for me at school when he got loose. He protected me while I slept. No one could attack me while he was with me. So naturally he had to go. My family gave him away. We went to family concealing for a couple of days after the bloody sneakers affair. Three times. Each time the councilor allowed my family to blame (transfer) all of the family problems to Tim's dog. After all a dog can't fight back (and it hurt me) so a win, win, situation. Because he needed to be let out to use the bathroom; my mom, dad, and brother fought. Because when he didn't get fed he knocked over the garbage can my father and brother drank to excess. Cathy

She was like sunshine to me. I felt alive when I was with her! I felt that maybe there is a god. And maybe he doesn’t hate me. I thought she was the one who would save me! I won’t tell how we rode home from the auction. How I, for the second and last time in my life got to second base. My impossible dream with Cathy: I wanted to be with her, have a nice house and car, a boat and 2 children,a boy and a girl. I wanted to spend my life with her growing old together and in time leaving this world with her by my side. I wanted to give her all of my love and spoil her with everything I could possibly give her. A nice but impossible dream because she did not want me.
